📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

⏳ Return Window
You must notify us of any issue within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or replacement

🔍 Item Condition
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Items returned in a different condition may not be eligible for a refund

🚚 Return Shipping
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • At this time, all items are pre-loved or ready-made. We do not offer returns on custom or digital products, as none are sold in this store.
