Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 2–5 days after dispatch.

We carefully inspect and pack each order before dispatch, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. While we can't guarantee returns for all cases, we’ll always do our best to resolve the issue—especially if the damage occurred during transit.
